Each studio/apartment has one or two bedroom(s) and includes: kitchen/diner
balcony and bathroom with bathtub/shower.
All the apartments are fully furnished: air conditioned, cable TV, safety box,
fully equipped kitchen.
Telephone is available in many apartments too.
Daily cleaning service, change of bed linen, bath clothes and beach towels twice
a week.

Restaurant a la carte, international cuisine plus typical Dominican dishes. The
restaurant is open six days a week. Open air service available and 'in room'
delivery, if required. Snack bar in the swimming pool area.
Health spa and beauty center with full range of treatments

Tennis court: The cement tennis court is free of charge. You can book this at
the Reception. The court is not illuminated.
Golf: Metro Golf Country Club , 2 km from the Residence, has an 18 hole golf

Baby-sitting: The service requires addition payment and must be booked 24 hours
in advance at the reception.
Rent-a-car: Avis, Hertz and also local companies.
Change: It is possible to change currency at the reception.
