H2O Diving refund policy and Guarantee of ServicePADI Diver Courses Once we have accepted and confirmed your reservation and payment for any of the diver courses offered by us we guarantee to provide the training for which you have paid. If we are unable to do so we will reimburse you twice the amount that you have paid for your course. The only exception to this guarantee would be in the case of extreme weather conditions including, but not limited to hurricanes. In the case of extreme weather cancelation we guarantee to reimburse you in full for the course for which you have paid in the form of a credit voucher which you can use anytime within the following two years, redeemable for any of the services offered by us to the value of the cancelled course. In addition to this we will also allow you to transfer the credit note to a third party such as a friend or family member. Should you decide to cancel the course fifteen days or more before the start date we will reimburse you in full. If you cancel the course and fail to notify us within fifteen days of the start date of your course we will not make any kind of refund. If you fail to attend for any reserved course without giving us prior notice we will not refund you in any way. Accommodation deposits Once we have accepted and confirmed your reservation and payment for any of the accommodation packages offered by us we guarantee to provide the accommodation for which you have paid. If we are unable to do so we will upgrade you to another hotel at our expense and reimburse you the deposit you have paid. Accommodation deposits which have been paid in advance, which you subsequently cancel less than fifteen days before the reserved date are 100% NON refundable and you will forfeit the deposit regardless of the reason of cancellation. If you cancel fifteen days or more before the date of your reservation we will reimburse you 80% of the deposit paid. Under normal circumstances deposits will be returned to you in full on the day of your departure from your hotel/apartment using the same method that you used to make the payment e.g. via credit card refund, Paypal refund, cash etc. If you fail to attend for any accommodation package without giving us prior notice we will not refund you in any way. Excursions/tours Once we have accepted and confirmed your reservation and payment for any of the Excursions or tours offered by us we guarantee to provide the excursion or tour for which you have paid. If we are unable to do so we will provide the excursion at a later date free of charge and reimburse you the charges that you have paid. The only exception to this guarantee would be in the case of extreme weather conditions including, but not limited to hurricanes, in which case we will give you a full refund but not provide the excursion free of charge at a later date. Excursions which have been paid for in advance, which you subsequently cancel less than fifteen days before the reserved date are 100% NON refundable and you will forfeit the deposit regardless of the reason of cancellation. If you cancel fifteen days or more before the date of your reservation we will reimburse you in full by means of a credit note redeemable for any of the services offered by us and valid for a period of twelve months. Excursion dives: If we are unable to provide the number of dives you booked with your excursion we will refund you the price of the dives and the price of the excursion. This does not include cases of extreme weather conditions, e.g. rough seas, strong current etc. in which case we will give you a full refund for the unused dives but not the cost of the excursion. Should you decide not to make the number you dives booked with your excursion we are unable to refund you for unused dives as this is beyond our control. If you fail to attend for any reserved excursion without giving us prior notice we will not refund you in any way. Dive packages Once we have accepted and confirmed your reservation and payment for any of the dive packages offered by us we guarantee to provide the number of dives for which you have paid. If for any reason we are unable to do so for example bad weather we will refund you on a pro rata basis for the number of dives unused. If you are unable to complete your number of dives due to illness etc. we will refund you the balance after deducting the cost of the number of dives that you have completed. Dive packages which have been paid for in advance, which you subsequently cancel less than fifteen days before the reserved date are 100% NON refundable and you will forfeit the deposit regardless of the reason of cancellation. If you cancel fifteen days or more before the date of your reservation we will reimburse you in full by means of a credit note redeemable for any of the services offered by us and valid for a period of twelve months. Excursion dives: If we are unable to provide the number of dives you booked with your excursion we will refund you the cost of the dives and the cost of the excursion. At H2O Diving we aim to be as fair as possible and will always consider any claim for a refund due to exceptional circumstances.
